No need for sending an online ticket, simply email us with the required changes and new information and we will make the necessary alterations. Changes are usually
completed within 2 days or less. Of course, depending on the complexity and amount of work need to be performed changes may take longer to complete. ( The cost is
based on the complexity of the work required and not by the hour )
Once received we will provide you with the following:
Cost estimate to perform the changes
Copy of updated website on CD for your records
Upload and test changes
Test to make sure changes work on current and new browsers and operating systems
Email you links to the pages we have updated so you can verify the changes have been done correctly
Feel confident enough and wish to save money by maintaining your own website? Not a problem. We can arrange either onsite or offsite training so you can perform
your own website maintenance.
